Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery typically takes place within 7–9 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are strictly indicative and cannot be guaranteed, as they may vary depending on the destination, the season, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipments are made via selected courier services in Italy and, where applicable, internationally.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information, where available.

We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or circumstances beyond our control; however, we are committed to providing assistance in resolving any issues related to delivery.

In the event that delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address or repeated absence), any additional costs may be charged to the customer.
