Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a notice to our customer service via email, stating the order number and their intention to return the item.

The item must be returned undamaged, unused, complete with all parts, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase, and under no circumstances before the returned item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is damaged, has been used, or is missing essential components.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
